Adventist University of Chile states as its mission the delivery of education based on Christian principles and values that emerge from the Scriptures and philosophy of Adventist education.

Location

The Universidad Adventista de Chile (UNACH) and the Instituto Profesional Adventista (IPA), both part of the Centro Educacional Adventista de Chile (CEACH) are located 12 kilometers east of Chillzin, Chile, in the “Las Mariposas” campus, on 340 hectares of flat land in the central region of the country halfway from the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

Historical Background

Stablished in 1906. In 1922 the school was moved to a more central place, in Chillén. In 1982, the Chilean Government allowed the creation of new accredited private institutions, it was renamed "Instituto Profesional Adventista". Afterwards, in 1990, the Universidad Adventista de Chile started its academic programs with full range capabilities for careers and degrees.
