About the Institution

The Pakistan Adventist Seminary train workers to serve the Church in Pakistan and beyond, as well as to prepare Christian youth for useful service to society at large. This is achieved by equipping students through professional and practical training and by example to represent Christ and his love to all and, in co-operation with the Holy Spirit, to lead them to salvation and service for God and their fellowmen in preparation for Christ's soon return. Pakistan Adventist Seminary offers a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in business administration, elementary education, and religion. Two-year diploma programs are offered in secretarial science, business, and elementary education.

Location

Pakistan Adventist Seminary is a coeducational boarding school on the senior college level operated in the town of Farooqabad, Sheikhupura District, approximately 40 miles (60 km) west of Lahore, in Pakistan.

Educational Offer

Pakistan Adventist Seminary offers a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in business administration, elementary education, and religion. Two-year diploma programs are offered in secretarial science, business, and elementary education.

Historical Background

It opened its doors in 1923. In 1937 a girls’ school was moved to Farooqabad and combined with the boys’ school. In 1957 a collegiate training program was introduced, and the first senior college graduation was held in 1970.
